Thank you for your interest in a Fall Mini Session this year. I’m elated to be offering these sessions this year to amplify the magnitude of capturing the following:

Love for one another.
This fleeting space in time.
The wonder of it all.

So, here are the little details and bits of information that will help us be on our merry little journey.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

• 25 Minute Photo Session
• 30+ full resolution digital images for you to print, enjoy, and share

INVESTMENT:

• Price: $595 (Nonrefundable $200 to book and secure your spot, $395 due 5 days before your session).

GENERAL INFORMATION:

• I have reserved three dates this year for these sessions –
  Sunday, October 5th
  Monday, October 6th
  Tuesday, October 14th
  We’ll be meeting for a half-hour time period between 4:00 and 6:00pm.
• Note: There are two location-types to ponder.
• Location on 10.05.2025 and 10.14.2025: This location will be a space that says nothing but classic fall. The autumn colors, the leaves, the love.
• Location on 10.06.2025: This location will resemble some authentic Montana goodness. The evergreen trees, the pine cones, the tall grasses.
• Weather – on the off-chance weather poses to be challenging on the day of our session, I will ensure we reschedule for an alternate day. Blustering winds and snow are a most certain “no” (yikes!) but breezes can be most beautiful and take a simple image possibility to incredible levels.
• These mini-sessions are reserved for immediate families (up to five family members) and are appropriate for babies 6 months and older.

WHAT TO WEAR:

First and foremost, most definitely wear something you are comfortable in. As far as the rest, my key recommendations are not to match and simply go for basic coordination. The primary purpose of these sessions are to, as authentically as possible, capture this space in time and capture the love and interactions shared. The clothing? It just isn’t something I worry too much about. To reiterate the basic rules of thumb: wear something you and your kiddos would actually wear, be comfortable, don’t match, skip the logo attire. Done. A FEW TIPS:

1. Will you be arriving with little turkey kiddos? Swell. One thing I’ve learned on repeat…cheeky kiddos and their families photograph tremendously. Arrive with no expectations and know that if someone lands an infectious case of the sillies, that’s lovely. Don’t panic, I promise we’re conquering exactly what we came for. Warm and exuberant photos are to be had from this cheekiness. AND if this session is with you and an older child or children, yes, these are still a whole lot of fun.
2. Make your photo day an easy day.  I know “photo day” can result in some stresses…all in the name of perfection. These sessions are crafted specially to just simply capture “you.”  Breathe. Enjoy. Use this time as a moment to just enjoy this time together.
3. Food. Makes everyone happier. Well fed kiddos are happy, ready to play, and have some fun.

THE MAGIC:

These sessions are about one thing and one thing only…love.  Very simple. I always begin my sessions with a statement such as this:

Your children know you love them.
But will they remember the enamored look
you gave them or the soft embrace of your arms
around them? Go. Go be you. Show them
the love you will want them to remember.
